§ 28-2. Director of Human Resources.

The Town Board shall appoint a Director of Human Resources from either the classified or unclassified rolls of the civil service, who shall head the Department of Human Resources and who shall be selected on the basis of his or her administrative experience and qualifications commensurate with the duties of the office.
