§ 28-6. Services performed on behalf of employees.

The Department of Human Resources shall set as a central agency between municipal and private agencies and Town employees where services are available in areas such as health and dental insurance and as a bureau to arrange for the systematic participation of Town employees in the purchase of government bonds and the withholding of a portion of an employee's salary for various other purposes.
