§ 55-12. Duties of Director of Division of Cemeteries.

  • The Director of the Division of Cemeteries shall have supervision of all matters, including personnel and maintenance of personnel records, maintenance of accounting and divisional records, including budget control and statistical analysis and overall direction and coordination of activities of the Division. He shall supervise the employees of the Division of Cemeteries both in the office and outside the office in the cemetery burial grounds.
