§ 55-14. Reports.

The Division of Cemeteries shall make a monthly report on the condition of the cemetery to the Town Board of the Town of Hempstead and shall also make an annual report on the condition of the cemeteries and burial grounds providing the Town Board with all information necessary to recommend the amount that should be appropriated for cemeteries and burial grounds in the budget.
