§ 64-2. Organization of Department; Divisions established.

A.
There shall be within the Department of Occupational Resources the following Divisions:

(1)
Administrative and Operations;

(2)
Fiscal Management;

(3)
Career Development; and

(4)
Youth Services.

B.
Each of the Divisions shall be supervised by the Deputy Commissioner of the Department. The Commissioner, with the approval of the Town Board, may establish, consolidate or abolish additional divisions. The position of Deputy Commissioner shall be in the exempt class of the civil service.
