§ 5-3. Procedure.

The Town Clerk shall secure the applicant's fingerprints and his check or money order made payable to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, to cover the cost of searching, and shall thereupon forward the fingerprints and funds in the required amount for the processing and return of a criminal history record.
