§ 66-2. Deputy Commissioners.

There shall be three deputies to the Commissioner of General Services, to be known as the first, second and third Deputy Commissioners. The first, second and third Deputy Commissioners, in numerical order of priority, shall have the authority to act for and in place of the Commissioner of General Services in all regards except that prior to his absence or disability, the Commissioner may designate in writing a different order of priority in which they so shall serve.
